Beautiful in blue! Michelle Obama had yet another best-dressed moment on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The first lady wore a gorgeous blue gown to the state dinner with her husband, President Barack Obama, at the White House in Washington, D.C. honoring President Francois Hollande of France.
Mrs. Obama, 50, selected a dress by Venezuelan-American designer
Carolina Herrera for the occasion. The gown featured a low-cut black
lace top with three-quarter sleeves, a silk faille inverted pleat skirt
in a liberty blue color and black velvet belt. To accessorize the look,
Obama wore large dangling earrings, glam eye makeup and styled her
shoulder-length hair straight with extra volume. Herrera confirmed to CBS News that she made the dress at her New York Atelier.
